GRAPHICS FOR CD-DVD LABEL:
The technologies we use for printing the label of the media allow us to obtain faithful colors and an absolutely photo-realistic definition.
In order to obtain the maximum print quality, the graphic files must be well constructed, following the recommendations to be followed scrupulously.
Small print runs (less than 300 copies)
- Color method: CMYK
- Color profile: Fogra 39 (alternatively leave the file without color profile, DO NOT use profiles other than Fogra 39)
- Resolution: 300 dpi
- Dimension: 119 x 119 mm
- Maximum color coverage: 300% (sum of % of C + M + Y + K)
- The graphics must NOT be drilled in the center, leave the background also in the hole area
- Do not insert texts and logos near the central hole and the external circumference (minimum distance 2 mm)
- Do not use characters with too thin lines, especially if the writing is in the negative
- Convert the texts into form or layout according to the software used
- Save the file in PDF format with typographic quality
Industrial production (minimum 300 copies) with OFFSET printed label (suitable for graphics that also include photographs / images)
- Color method: CMYK
- Color profile: Fogra 39 (alternatively leave the file without color profile, DO NOT use profiles other than Fogra 39)
- Resolution: 300 dpi
- Dimension: 117 x 117 mm
- Maximum color coverage: 300% (sum of % of C + M + Y + K)
- Solid black background: use the full color values C: 80% + M: 60% + Y: 60% + K: 100%
- The graphics must NOT be drilled in the center, leave the background also in the hole area
- Do not insert texts and logos near the central hole and the external circumference (minimum distance 2 mm)
- Do not use characters with too thin lines, especially if the writing is in the negative
- Convert the texts into form or layout according to the software used
- Save the file in PDF format in letterpress quality
Industrial production (minimum 300 copies) with SERIGRAPHY printed label (suitable for graphics that do NOT include photographs / images, and characterized by spot colors and text)
- Up to 6 spot colors of the PANTONE SOLID COATED scale can be used (including white)
- Dimension: 117 x 117 mm
- The graphics must NOT be drilled in the center, leave the background also in the hole area
- Do not insert texts and logos near the central hole and the external circumference (minimum distance 2 mm)
- Do not use characters with too thin lines, especially if the writing is in the negative
- Convert the texts into form or layout according to the software used
- Save the file in PDF format in letterpress quality
GRAPHICS FOR BOOKLETS, PAPER PARTS, CARDBOARD PACKAGING:
Depending on the packaging you choose, we will provide you with a pdf file containing all the appropriate information for creating the graphics relating to the paper parts to be printed, such as booklets or covers and inlays for jewel boxes, cardboard sachets, digifiles, digipacks, etc. .
The most common packaging templates are available in the appropriate section of this site, they are freely downloadable without the need to register.

Here are the characteristics that the files must have:
- Color method: CMYK
- Color profile: Fogra 39 (alternatively leave the file without color profile, DO NOT use profiles other than Fogra 39)
- 300 dpi resolution
- Size: see template of the desired packaging
- Abundance: 3 mm on each side (let the background bleed 3 mm in addition to the cutting line)
- Safety margin: 3 mm from each cut or fold point (leave texts and logos at least 3 mm inside the cut / fold points)
- Do not use characters with too thin lines, especially if the writing is in the negative
- Convert the texts into form or layout according to the software used
- Save the file in PDF format in letterpress quality
