Shipping and delivery of products
Shipments throughout Italy, including islands, are made through the major national express couriers (BRT, TNT, GLS, SDA).
The
delivery, except for delays of the courier, is carried out on the
working day following the shipment in most of the national territory,
for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia two working days are needed, while for
smaller islands and difficult locations it may take up to 5 working
days.
Delivery will be made at the address specified when ordering,
we suggest indicating a place that is always manned and possibly
informing us of any opening hours in the case of commercial activities.
If
you prefer, you can request the DEPOSIT at a specific courier
location, indicating it in the order notes, in this case you will have
24 hours to pick up the package at the chosen location.
Once your
order has been shipped, we will notify you by e-mail, so we suggest that
you always keep track of the e-mail box from which you placed the
order.
If the delivery is not successful due to your absence, the
driver will leave a notice and a second attempt will be made the
following day.
If even the next day the driver does not find anyone
at the address indicated during the order, the goods will be put in
storage at the courier's warehouses.
Warning! The opening of the
stock file has rather high costs which consist of a fixed fee of 20-30
euros + VAT (depending on the courier used) to which a variable fee must
be added according to the weight and volume of the goods shipped, of
the destination location, and other factors.
The storage costs will
be fully charged to you and it will be necessary to pay them before
being able to make a new delivery to your address and / or pick-up in
storage.

carriage paid. "Cd Star" cannot be held responsible for any damage,
